I made a scramble with tempeh that was the tits. Attempting cashew queso for nachos tomorrow. i really want to like tempeh....but.....i just cant. i keep giving it chances though. if you dont like it, break up into little bits and throw them into whatever else you make, chili/stir fry etc. im not good at making it but i want the fermented soy nutritional value since healthier than most tofu

Plz if any of you have the ability to, get Ital food (as in vital). Typically vegan, always the best. Prob my fav uh cuisine style? Genre...of food? If you're ever in Toronto there's a whole whack of ital places. They're fantastic. Veez and One Love.
I'm trying to figure out a dece meal plan that doesn't require a lot of energy or money for boxing while also working construction. I ended up losing too much muscle/weight last time I tried to get my fitness on bc of my shitty planning and my poor sleep schedule...so..... if ya'll have any ideas for shit like that, that'd be very helpful.
So far my meals are either burritos (lots of black beans, rice), pasta, coconut milk/chickpea/sweet potato curry stew, coconut milk/sweet potato/cauliflower/lentil soup/stew, peanutbutter tofu stir fry. Overnight oats for breakfast, or a smoothie (both w protein powder)

Im a fighter/hard worker as well but it seems like you already know some good ideas. Your muscle has less to do with macros and more to do with caloric surplus, but if you need to make weight for bouts obv you gotta get a deficit. Eat a lot, you work hard enough to burn it.

What is everyoneβs favourite Gardein product? Their stuff isnβt super easy to find over here but will be staying right near a place that stocks their full range soon.

I had a plain black couch belt years ago, but it was comically thick. They might have changed them up, but which ones you got? It goes on kinda slimey, but Dr. Bronners have a good shaving soap. The Couch belt I have is the Double Stitch Black Vegan Belt- Classic Vintage Look... I've never thought of it as thick, but didn't know anything to compare it to. I've had mine since 2015 and use it every work day.

Why wouldn't you buy a Vitamix if you're willing to spend money? I got mine at Target - clearance sticker made me say what the hell, why not, then it rang up another $100 lower than marked. I love it.

I love my Vitamix but you can get similar blenders for much cheaper. You can sometimes find a Blendtec for a good price.
