Here is a pic from my last roll I shot in my RB67 along with an a pic from my last trip to NYC from my Nikon n90s. Still trying to improve at scanning my 35mm though; I get my 120 scanned at the lab.

Those are so good, Aaron. Love the one of your wife with the flowers!
I'm going to start shooting in black and white for the first time. Pretty pumped on it.

Trip wasn’t as great as I’d hoped since I ended up with bronchitis, but it was still a good time. Stoked for you jumping into b&w. I love shooting it most, tbh. What stock you diving in with?

Thanks man! Those carnage shots are killer. The postal shots are actually just of my dad during his retirement party. I had them envisioned in my head for a while and he was down to let it happen. I work for a few local papers but a lot of my stuff is just freelance work I get from sending out emails. I shoot a lot of sports stuff too but 90% of my income is weddings Never saw this comment, my apologies! That's sick. I love those photos you shared. Really awesome work. And I relate, most (read: all of my income) comes from weddings. I am trying to get more freelance work, but it's a fucking slog in NYC, or it seems anyway. There's just so much working talent out here it's been difficult to rise in the crop. Still working on it though. But, yeah, sick photos. Please post more.

Bumping this thread with some cross-over from the film thread. Any pals in here shooting with Fuji gear? Heavily considering an x100F for street stuff since film is burning a hole in this poor man's pocket.

Yeah I shoot with a x100f, I love it. Fucked up the viewfinder when I slammed while bombing a hill on my way home from the bar though. Kinda sucks only shooting through the lcd screen but I'm too cheap/lazy to get it fixed.

I'm torn with grabbing one of those soon/now or holding out and saving as much as humanly possible for an X-Pro3, the pricetag on them is steep though

If I felt I needed to use anything other than a 35 i'd probably get a used dslr with some glass for cheap to break out for the rare occasions.

I have a book ready to go Ive just been saving some dang money!! You have some bodies of work that are perfect for book form. Really hope you either self-publish or find a publisher who’d like to release them. You make a lot of the type of work I specifically look for when making book purchases for myself. Keep it up, dude,

Keep it up, dude, thank you! I've gotten in touch with some publishers I'm a big fan of, no bites! Bookmaking is no moneymaker and I don't exactly have a name for myself, which is fine. But Ive gotten some nice feedback and have been looking into self-publishing for some time, basically negotiating with myself what features I want to keep or remove to maintain a reasonable budget. It's painful but fun lmao.

just curious, are there any trusted secondhand marketplace type sites that are specifically for photographers? keh, though you'd be dealing with a reseller so prices might be a little higher than if you were buying direct from another photographer fred miranda forums used to be big for second hand photo gear but idk how active they are these days not specifically for photographers of course but i buy a ton of shit off ebay, their buyer protection policy is probably better than what you'd find at any other marketplace
