people who like the show but don't like that movie are fucking bozos. Hard agree I’ve seen The Return twice now and I still have no idea how anyone let that get made. Loved every minute of it

Fire Walk with Me was amazing from the direction to the actors performances it was amazing. I will straight up punch a motherfucker who says otherwise because you have terrible taste! I will find you and I will punch you! I need a gif of Laura Palmer saying Fire Walk With Me ASAP!

I thought The Gentlemen was on the same level as Lock Stock/Snatch. Tremendously entertaining the entire time with great pacing. Currently watching this and Colin Farrell is the only thing I love about it so far. Admittedly not the biggest Guy Ritchie guy here tho. I don’t hate it. edit: aight nvm movie rules actually

I fucking love The Gentlemen. Charlie Hunnam when getting the right role as a badass, can really play a badass well.
"Fucks sake, Ray. You need to invest in some parachutes." "You couldn't lift a wheel a' cheese, ya cunt!"

My daughter is almost making it through entire movies now. We’ve watched Babe like four times now. One of my favorite movies. Hardly any family films have the level of craft.

I Used To Be Funny was alright. I like some of the themes tackled here, but the direction is fucking awkward. It doesn't know if it wants to be a Phoebe Bridgers needle drop sadgirl piece that explores PTSD or if it wants to be an Apatow produced comedy.

FWWM was amazing, but totally agree with how dark it was. Totally worth the watch -- I need to put The Return in my queue. The Gentlemen probably has one of the greatest joint rolling scenes I've ever seen. The entire movie never takes a detour into pothead territory, and it's amazing because of it. Watched Hit Man over the weekend and it was a lot of fun. Certainly has some cheesy elements, but it also spurs some interesting thoughts -- I wish they would've spent more time teasing out the concept of actively creating your own identity. But I suppose it would've been to heavy handed. Also, this whole storyline seemed perfect for a TV series. Like the first couple episodes could be his transition into an undercover hitman, followed by a few story of the week episodes, and end with the relationship with Madison -- cliffhanger when he gets caught by the actual undercover cop. Second season is the back and forth with her actual husband, again the finale centers around the undercover cop trying to pin them down. Would watch.

^Yeah. It was way more darker than I remembered upon initially seeing it when it came out. And I had no idea it was Jody Hill. Loved it.

Durst says less than 15 words in the movie. Connor O'Malley was the best part.

Durst says less than 15 words in the movie. Connor O'Malley was the best part. That tripped me out when he first showed up. I had to rewind if.

I liked it too. First Pixar movie where the climax is built around an anxiety attack ha.

Got bored and decided to try Tubi today. Watched Troma's Getting Lucky and The Godson. GL was a strange strange sex comedy. I wouldn't say I loved it but it entertained me. Plus you get some classic nudity. The Godson was abysmal. I struggled to find any enjoyment. You do get a somewhat funny Don Pardo cameo. Highly suggested that everyone avoids this.

I liked the first Inside Out, and a handful of other recent Pixars, so I’m looking forward to IO2.

The First Omen rocked. Great surreal imagery and fourth wall breaking. Also cute nod to possession tossed in for good measure
