Apparently theres a Lauran Bacall/James Garner vehicle called The Fan from the 80s too. I'd like to be able to watch the one in this thread before voting but doesnt seem to be streaming anywhere, anyone with a link...

Michael Biehn is also in it and makes for a great psycho. Good movie, definitely worth watching. Sorry don't have a streaming link. |

It’s a horror movie… and so is Lifeforce…. though both incorporate other genres that I think of first when trying to classify them. Drama/thriller and sci-fi.

Saw The Apprentice on a whim and the performances were great.
It's hard to imagine generating any sympathy for Roy fucking Cohn but reminded me of like Oliver Stone's Nixon in a way. Odd film that just ooooozes disgust. Jeremy Strong plays the devil who unleashed something he lost control of.
The second half plays out like an actual horror movie with the creation of Frankenstein's Monster. Slowly see Trump become more Trumpy, fatter, balder and more grotesque. His mannerisms complete. There's seriously a scene that is like the creation of Darth Vader for Christ sake.
It wasn't the liberal over the top hit piece I thought going in.

Watched 'Anora' last night. Thought it was great... not as hot on it as others (sorry, Jared) Still prefer 'The Florida Project' as my favorite by Baker.
Felt like Safdie bros made 'Cinderella'.

Once they lost Andrew Divoff it took a nosedive. The 4th one is basically a softcore porn movie with one really solid "wish" kill scene.
