So you'd think that would drive up the price even more for good offensive linemen right? I think it does, look at what a guy like Solder got. Look at what guards are getting, even as the league is moving away from emphasizing the interior of the OLine. That's because defensive line talent in the league is absurd. Just look at the draft next year. You could see double digit d-lineman drafted in the 1st round. From EDGE rushers to Interior d-lineman. |

How many times, how many fucking times are we going to see Ryan Fitz string together some very good performances where everyone asks, "wow, why have we been undervaluing Fitz," before he throws a game-losing INT in three consecutive weeks. He's done this with five separate teams and people are still out here acting like he's some revelation with Tampa right now. |

New system etc. If not this year, next year the NFC north will be a bloodbath. |

Year one Fitzpatrick is pretty good though. Year one with the Jets was one of the best years in Jets history.
It bums me out so much that this is true. That was such a fun year. That's about as good as it can get without making the playoffs.
The Jets have made the playoffs 7 times since '98 and never more than two years in a row which isn't bad at all relative to some other teams, but man do I hope Darnold can bring them some sustained success for once.

I have to admit something very embarrassing...it took me a day to realize it was AB who tweeted about trading him then didn't show up today. I thought it was Lev Bell and was wondering why him not showing up was a big deal.
Now I'm super happy, even if I'm a half a day behind the news cycle.
