Loving these Dooku eps on Tales of the Jedi
the fact they chose this title and are still keeping it within the time period of the films makes me just want them to announce an Old Republic, Sith War, Hyperspace War etc etc project. It’s only a matter of time.

Enjoyed the Dooku episodes as well. I love hearing Ian in animated content.
When this show was leaked in the rumor mill a while back, the expectation was that this was going to be an anthology series where we would see stories from multiple time periods. The fact that they kept both characters so close to each other in terms of their era is disappointing, but I'm hoping we see it open up more in the future to cover periods that you mentioned. Would be strange for this to be a one-and-done.

Hot take... Andor is the best Star Wars universe show/movie we've seen. Better than the original trilogy etc. Empire is the only argument I'd say. It's fantastic. It mirrors Rogue One so much in terms of how down I was on star wars. Didn't really care about Rogue one until I watched it, feel the same about Andor. |

Started andor last night bust I passed out towards the end of episode 2. I was surprised by how adult orientated it was for a Disney show. Will definitely keep watching.

I never had an interest in watching andor or rogue one when it came out because I was always much more interested in the force/Jedi side of SW. The beginning of the rebellion was kind of a meh concept to me. Just didn’t care for it. I watched the first 10 minutes of the first episode and it didn’t instantly grab me so I turned it off.
Board might have convinced me to give it another try though.

Star Wars as actual war movies is the only star wars. The oppression feel real, the anxiousness and lack of trust is truly palpable, the heist is sexy and the prisonbreak is almost visceral. Diego Luna actually kills it. Soller also nails it as a true believer. Perfect 5/7 |

that was a fuckin sick episode. It needed to be twice as long. I could probably watch multiple hours of Star Wars Prison Break scheming. Honestly wish they played it out longer like showing them organizing and planning and doing little communication things and letting the viewers piece together what all the abstract sorta clips are for (like sawing at the pipe)
