I might be losing the plot here but who's the third rapist judge? (I know Thomas). Are you thinking of Kavanaugh's friend whose last name is Judge? That's my bad, I forgot about Kagan. And yes, I think Thomas was accused of sexual harassment, not assault/rape, but still... it's not great. |

i gave up trying not to pay attention. saw on the news something about waiting a week, checked bbc and yeah they weren't talking about what i thought they were. this sucks.

And the same tough talk Republicans will all vote Yes. I read somewhere that she told the GOP that she wouldn’t have been able to prosecute Fords case if it came across her desk. Sounds like they got the result they paid for and it was just to avoid bad optics. |
