I’ll sign on to an “increase public land, increase density” platform, which is basically the platform for most Montana dems. Yeah, but there needs to be some way to force wealthier areas to densify and upzone, because otherwise it gets foisted on, well, basically the same kinds of neighborhoods no matter what city you're talking about. Even the best examples of affordable housing programs have that problem. Yeah, state and local governments gotta start saying “there’s a new sheriff in town.” |

I got ran over by a mini van when I was ten and my mom put the money in a CD. When I turned 18 I got a deposit on an apartment and the first three months rent PAID.  now i’m angry my parents wouldn’t let me play in the road wtf |

He wen't to grad school with an advisor of mine, and I guess he started out on a very classic historical continental route before moving into cogsci and cybernetics.
