Yeah, the dnc not getting young male voters talking point is stupid because the only way they were getting those votes is by putting forward a misogynistic, racist, homophobic, transphobic candidate. I think we just have to accept the reality that there is a huge culture problem amongst young men that’s almost entirely caused 24/7 consumption of manosphere type media online. I think this is a symptom of Dems kneecapping any type of movement that has fervor behind it. Things like making it impossible for Bernie Sanders run for president in 2016, or even more recent, putting a muzzle on Tim Walz. Stigmatizing this type of behavior is good, higher ups in the democratic party putting a ban on the word "weird" aren't helping. |

I like what Postman and Donald N. Wood said about education as part of a socialization process and eventually individualized learning without proper critical thinking skills would make democracy dysfunctional.

She inherited his campaign war chest, they spent over $1.4B just in political ads, and who knows how much more in staffing and administrative stuff. Like how is that differential possible? I'm not smart but that makes zero sense to me. |
