Ironman Number 14 in the books. In the course that I teach on Mindset and Discipline, one of the 10 things I practice is to develop a game plan. I did just that with my IRONMAN coach, and executed it perfectly, which allowed me to cross the finish line.

I can't imagine hiring a coach that barely finished before the cut off time. Would love to know the game plan him and his coach came up with for the race.

But I can say with complete confidence I would beat this idiot's Ironman time with zero task-specific training, and the day I average a 15:19 mile on a run is the day I kill myself.
