Sean can’t even be bothered logging into the Jean o-count to converse with himself anymore. Sad.
I have no idea what this sentence means
Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance, And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance. I hope you dance... I hope you dance... I hope you dance... I hope you dance... (Time is a wheel in constant motion always rolling us along)
BIG - Ready to Die today. Probably the rap album I’ve listened to most in my lifetime.
Hell yeah

Got Doggystyle by Snoop Dogg as my first album. I absolutely love the singles on this album especially Ain't No Fun. Hopefully the rest of the album bangs.

Mostly been getting generally popular stuff you could hear on the radio at any time but it just gave me this and it rules (also I’m not clear on why, but the video has all these facts about whatever army attacking this guy because they hated his music so much or something?)

Damn this rules
yesterday I got New Order’s Technique, today I got Circle Jerk’s Group Sex and tomorrow (I guess Sunday they drop the next day early?) I got Led Zeppelin’s Physical Graffiti

That album rules and the it’s all just shit talking the soldiers of the Nigerian government that he’s against. The “zombie” of the title is the mindless soldier following orders. The album got his mother murdered and his home compound burned down in response
Edit: I guess that’s the stuff the vid mentions but yeah that album is sick and so are others of his. I also really like his albums Expensive Shit and Gentleman
Struggling. I don’t hate it but I’m not in the mood for it
I actually enjoy the albums I struggled through. I really try and listen to the whole thing for the dumbass integrity of the project or whatever and because of listening to full albums I end up finding one gem or another even on the rough ones

Saturday was Supergrass In It For The Money. Sunday was CCR Cosmo’s Factory (hell yeah!). Today I have to work through Arcade Fire Neon Bible. Don’t know them at all
Yesterday was Harry Nilsson - Nilsson Schmilsson. Only song I knew by him was “put the lime in the coconut”, which was on this album. Had no idea he wrote the original version of “Without You” and I really loved it. Great album.

Today I got Depeche Mode- Music for the Masses.
His version of "Without You" is actually a cover as well, OG is by Badfinger. Harry's rendition is the GOAT though, no disrespect to Mariah
I just rolled Derek & The Dominos today and am severely bummed that an hour and 15 minutes of Eric Clapton are going to pollute my ears at some point
Started yesterday with Iron Maiden-Number of the Beast (classic) and today is The Police-Synchronicity and it basically sounds like if everyone in U2 were good at their instruments.

Oh shit. Thanks for the info! Just listened to the badfinger version and yeah Harry’s blows it out of the water.

FUCKING LOVE SYNCHRONICITY!!
I have side stats going I'm really excited about to see how many of these I already own in my record collection. So far I am 2 for 4 on being able to browse the stacks and listen on a turntable, which is my preferred method
Got Revolver today, which I bought some time in HS/college, and probably haven't listened to front to back in about 20 years Definitely not my favorite Beatles album, but the best part about the Beatles is that when you're not enjoying a song, they're generally not gonna drag it out for more than 2 and a half minutes.

Listened to that Arcade Fire album. Can review it in three words "Pretentious Circus Music". Also joined a group, so I listened to it for no reason and can't review it because my album of the day has now changed to Pearl Jam Ten. Another stinker in my apinion
