been using the BiLcon recipe as a marinade for fried tofu and it's incredible It, and variations of it, can be applied to anything. It rocks. We have access to a lot of weirdo, imported from Asia fake meat things and if the flavor is lacking, weβll marinade them in BiLcon and they instantly become incredible |

I got Moby's Little Pine cookbook and made my own cashew cheese and it fucking rocks. But yeah, 95% of vegan cheese sucks. I didn't really like cheese when I wasn't vegan so it's all good.

Vegan cheese in Germany is worse than the US, except one brand of tofu Feta.

I had some of the smoked Violife slices on some burgers a few weeks ago and they were good too. Applewood is good though, Iβm into it |

You weren't wrong andross, just picked up some Violife Epic Mature and holy shit haha. Apart from spreadable I'd stepped back a bit from Violife but the Epic Mature is so damn good.
