So there's a wide consensus of spoilers from people who proved they wen't to a screening. Woof haha. You're a mark if you get viscerally upset over this. You'll always watch everything this franchise is going to pump out so shut up and eat your slop. The spoilers sound dreadful but still have opening night tickets and gonna enjoy it. just got back from reading the spoilers and this movie is going to be 100% worse than tlj. dont bother arguing with me unless you read the spoilers Plot points don't make or break a movie. The prequels' plots were fine, they were just executed terribly. You can'tsay for sure whether its gonna be better or worse than TLJ until you actually see the movie. The fact that so many people just "know" the movie is gonne be bad proves that they don't actually know shit. Duckin out of this thread til I see the movie on Saturday. May the force be with y'all. |

The plot points and twists in the original three movies were pretty much just made up as they wen't, I dont get how people can complain about weird plot points in the new movies.
I really just dont get what Star Wars "fans" expect. Even the expanded universe shit is ripe with insane plot point twists that make no sense.

There is no scenario where a SW film is made that pleases all SW fans. That being said, I read the spoilers and fuuuuuuck it might be worse writing than GOT season 8.
Star Wars is still Star Wars, I’m just greatly disappointed with the prequels and new trilogy. Doesn’t stop it from being my favorite fictional universe in media.
