Solo is better on rewatch, especially the picture quality which was pea soup when I saw it in the theater. Are we talking Mando in here? I was really stoked with last week’s episode and I really liked how they lulled us into a secret mobster show pretending to be a happy go lucky adventure of the week show. It’s like if Young Indiana Jones had an episode where Indy gets tied up with Meyer Lansky early in the season and ends up on the business end of a murder inc contract by the end. Moff Fring is fucking badass. |

Solo was okay the best part was watching Han and his dogs relationship grow.Movie desperately needed more comedy.The cinematography was fucking terrible though. The joke about the thermal detonator legit made me laugh |

The Last Jedi is my favorite Star Wars trilogy movie since Empire. It's the only movie that gave a shit about any of the charactera, old or new.

I just remember the ludicrous cliffhanger at the end of TFA. Everybody is waiting for Luke. Then we're treated to him drinking milk on an island. Half the fans tried to drill, "the movie is subverting expectations!" into everyone else's heads. After the entire island sequence I wen't from thinking the new trilogy was just whatever, another mass market money maker, to thinking it was downright not for me.

My biggest gripe with TLJ is how they wrote Luke. Seriously, Luke Skywalker is legit one of the best characters on film and even better in the expanded universe, why they decided to write him as an uncharacteristically grumpy old man is beyond me.

i might be missing something because i dont remember tfa or tlj but how does luke even know about rey if shes palpatines granddaughter. they were never introduced and never met prior to the end of tfa which was way after luke trained kylo
