It's honestly pretty amazing how fucked the Star Wars canon is now because of Rian Johnson. it's almost as if he was an industry saboteur sent in to ruin the Star Wars franchise which is far more believable than the claim The Last Jedi was a good movie. True, who paid him to ruin Star Wars!!???? |

They’re talking about time lapses to explain so many of the plot holes from TLJ, they’re discussing outright retconning TLJ (which is something soap operas and WWE do not multi billion dollar film franchises and is something Rian Johnson is okay with cause he’s trash), they had to bring JJ Abrams back to the third movie to salvage it. That’s off the top of my head. |

I also call bullshit on that big a piece of the second Death Star landing somewhere intact. The second Death Star was blown up from the inside out when Wedge / Lando blew up the station's core. There's no way that much of it was left afterwards.

My only real gripe with this show. You have a Mandalorian that hangs out on Tattooine that isn't Boba Fett and a bounty hunting droid that looks exactly like IG-88 that isn't IG-88. Wish they would have changed those types of things up a little bit more. Show should be tight though. I've seen ten minutes of an episode and was thoroughly pleased. Obi-Wan show was announced too. Set seven years after Revenge of the Sith. |

He's been noticeably absent in the new canon, whether his popularity before was deserved or not. I feel like it will be weird if he isn't at least mentioned given the similarities. The Mandalorian running into Temuera Morrison at some point would be tight though.

The Rise of Skywalker panel just wrapped at D23. It had a sizzle reel that we won't be getting online for a while still.
Rey is using a dual-bladed red saber in it.
