It was meant to be rhetorical. I've already posted countless times how fucked up Canadian history is and how the Indigenous people are essentially left to die in 3rd world conditions if they don't accept the coloniser's lifestyle.
But god damn I hate Canadian liberals for being the most useless bunch. Wonder if Trudeau is gonna take a knee for Jagmeet while doing absolutely nothing about systematic racism.

Difference is Canadians take pride in how we have public health care and being more "liberal" than America is... But when it comes to expanding on these things like adding dental and pharma plans to the health care system, or decriminalisation of drugs(when dense nuggs of fat buds is already legalised and cities use safe injection) to battle the opioid crisis then all of a sudden it's falling on deaf ears. Young Canadians don't necessarily disagree with these things either, they've just been taught if you don't vote for the Liberals that you're giving your vote away to the Conservatives. And then you have boomers who are uncomfortable with voting for a party lead by a Sikh. |
