Do any So Cal dudes who wen't to shows in the late nineties/early 00s remember a band called Driving By Braille? I saw them at a park show summer of 2000 and they completely blew my mind. Should have been way bigger than they were. They did a 7" and a (I think) a full length but only the 7" seemed readily available back then. The singer wen't on to produce records for Doghouse Records bands and did music for TV shows like Grey's Anatomy and One Tree Hill.
I'd kill to get their recordings again, I've still got them on an old iPod Nano but it's completely dead.

Definitely a lame take, but this is probably my favorite hardcore album. No shame. Still remember the first time I heard it. Closing time at the record store. Older hardcore kid I worked with locked the door, smiled, unwrapped the CD and said "you're gonna love this." He was right. Bought it immediately.

ANYWYS side note, i feel like the Jazz June doesn’t get enough praise by emo fans this song is a banger, i love this EP especially but their entire discography rules

p.s
the first like 27 seconds of this song pretty much is the father of most 90s* emo bands

I haven’t heard OTMOP in like almost ten years. Where you are and where you want to be still hits hard. Great lp.
